North American Technician Excellence
All Trust Certified Technicians™ have trained, studied and passed the North American Technician Excellence (N.A.T.E.) Core Exam. They have also trained, studied and passed one or more of NATE’s Specialty Exams. These Specialty Exams include the following: Air Conditioning, Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Hydronics, Refrigeration, and Air Distribution. Technicians who are NATE certified have passed rigorous training and exams that verify their knowledge of servicing and installing heating and cooling equipment.
